This is inside footage of a Windows 7 Launch night in Adelaide, Australia. The launch night showed an array of new product line ups which have been specially designed for windows 7. Companies such as Asus, Sony, Toshiba, HP Envy 15.6 13.1 and Acer all had small booths which showed us some pre release models and expected line ups for the Microsoft Windows 7 October 22nd Release date. The theme of the night was a James Bond style and the main 2009 hardware theme is touch and more touch. We were also lucky enough to get hands on with a pre release Sony Vaio X. If you have any questions shoot away. Product Feedback shall have many more new videos on all the products seen in this video in the near future. Make

In-Depth Look/Review: Microsoft Windows 7 [Part 1]
-the first part of my in-depth review on the all-new OS of Microsoft, Windows 7, it was released the 22nd of October 2009, i had windows 7 since the first official beta (release candidate), i think it was, last december 2008, almost january 2009, and i got to admit it, it runs much more smoother, much more faster and responsive than in windows vista, even if it’s just the beta. Windows 7 looks like windows vista but there are a lot of things that had been improved and changed. The first time i booted up to Windows 7 (after installing it) my first impression is the taskbar, most people call it as the ‘superbar’ but i don’t know if that’s official, maybe they call it ‘superbar’ because of it’s size, if you will look at it, it’s really shiny, transparent, and big! There are also icons on the taskbar, you can add/remove shortcuts to the taskbar, this is called ‘pinning programs to the taskbar’ there are also ‘jumplists’ menus, if you right click on a pinned shortcut to the taskbar, it will show a menu with possible actions you can do with the program and also some frequent/recent files you’ve opened before. In Windows 7 there is no sidebar like in vista, but there are ‘gadgets’ now, gadgets, not widgets, it doesn’t have a sidebar, just right click on your desktop and go to gadgets and just double click or just drag the gadget from the windows to wherever you want in your desktop, the gadget also just snaps to an edge of the screen, you can just put it on a side and it snaps automatically to a side of the screen or edge, it also snaps to edges of a window. There is a new ‘cool’ feature in Windows 7 called ‘Aero Snap’ this feature allows windows to snap to edges/sides of the screen, just drag it to the left side of your screen and it will fill the whole left half/side of your screen, do it on the right and it does the same thing, you can also use shortcut keys on the keyboard like, Windows button + (any arrow key). Another ‘cool’ feature in Windows 7 is ‘Aero Peak’ there is a bar thing on the right side of the taskbar, it’s called ‘Aero Peak’ it is the replacement for the ‘Show Desktop’ shortcut, you can just simply click that and goes to your desktop, or you can also hover your mouse there and it will show a preview of your desktop and the positions of the windows currently opened. There is also a feature called ‘LivePreviews’ if you’ve used windows vista before, i’m sure you’re familiar with this feature, ok, it shows you a preview of the minimized windows on the taskbar, if you hover your mouse to the window minimized, it will show you a little preview of the window above the taskbar and if you hover your mouse to that preview, it will show you a fullscreen preview of the window, awesome, isn’t it? And also there is this feature called ‘Aero Shake’ where if you have many windows opened in the background, and example you only need one, which is, example, notepad, so just shake notepad and everything in the background gets minimized except for notepad, and if you shake it again everything goes back to the background, that’s so awesome! and also the way stuffs/files are organized is different, you can arrange it by folder, author, etc, sort it by name, date modified, etc. or group it by name, author, etc. and also the way you search for something is different also, if you search for something in the search bar of a window or in the start menu, it will show you all the possible results, and they are categorized as, softwares, documents, music, pictures, which is, so aweSOME! The Personalization manager is also improved, the way you change your wallpaper is new, and you can also use wallpapers as a slideshow on your desktop, you can set the time you want, and everything is there, the screensavers are just the same like in windows vista, and now you can change the sounds, there are a lot of sound schemes to choose from, they are built in from windows 7, they come with windows 7, and also there are new built-in aero themes that comes also with windows 7, there also a lot of new colors on the windows color option, where you can change the windows color, transparency, intensity etc. Windows 7 is the future of Operating Systems, it runs really fast, smooth, responsive more than vista. So that’s it for the first part of my Windows 7 In-Depth Review, i will cover everything else i forgot on part 2, so please stay tuned, subscribe to me to get updated. Peace! Happy Holidays!

The HP TouchSmart Tm2 is a huge leap in performance, finish and quality for the long running TouchSmart multi-touch Tablet PC series.
The TouchSmart Tm2 now boasts a sleek new design and features a Wacom Active Digitizer pen and Multi-Touch Screen, dedicated ATI graphics, Intel Core 2 Duo processor and a 4 – 5 hour standard battery life.
Tablet PCs like the Tm2 are much more than just consumption devices. The active digitizer pen allows you to enter data in your own handwriting at up to 40 wpm, take notes on digital paper and sketch and draw with pressure sensitivity.
Coupled with Microsoft Office, you can draw on word documents, emails and powerpoint presentations. You can also read e-Books, web pages and pdf documents using the multi-touch functionality of Windows 7.
As a Tablet PC the Tm2 functions extremely well and we recommend that it should be highly considered for students and home users. It can easily replace your current laptop or desktop.
