Windows 7 Ultimate (7600) RTM Demo
Windows 7 (formerly codenamed Blackcomb and Vienna) is the latest version of Microsoft Windows, a series of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, netbooks, tablet PCs and media center PCs. Windows 7 was released to manufacturing on July 22, 2009, with general retail availability set for October 22, 2009, less than three years after the release of its predecessor, Windows Vista. Windows 7′s server counterpart, Windows Server 2008 R2, is slated for release at about the same time.
Unlike its predecessor, which introduced a large number of new features, Windows 7 is intended to be a more focused, incremental upgrade to the Windows line, with the goal of being fully compatible with applications and hardware with which Windows Vista is already compatible. Presentations given by Microsoft in 2008 focused on multi-touch support, a redesigned Windows Shell with a new taskbar, a home networking system called HomeGroup, and performance improvements. Some applications that have been included with prior releases of Microsoft Windows, including Windows Calendar, Windows Mail, Windows Movie Maker, and Windows Photo Gallery, will not be included in Windows 7; some will instead be offered separately as part of the free Windows Live Essentials suite.
The dock is in no way part of Windows 7 and is actually a free piece of software called RocketDock

Windows 7 is more …
Windows 7 is more than Vista under a different name once you look deeper under the hood, into the kernel and other areas.
It’s the best OS in a while, I used XP and Vista before the Windows 7 RTM and I’ve had the best experience, no problems at all.
Old hardware that gave me crap on Vista works on 7 as it did with XP, software and games still running perfectly fine without the need for Windows XP Mode and my PC’s snappier with 7 than the previous OS’s.

As far as I’m aware …
As far as I’m aware (although anyone’s free to correct and varify me), you can do it from Home Premium to Ultimate by just pressing and holding Start + Tab on your keyboard.
To flip through them, you just need to press Tab to flip through them.
If you go to my channel now or when you have Windows 7, I have a tutorial on how to make a shortcut for it so it’s easier. =)

It’s not …
It’s not necessarily an exact copy of Windows Vista, the OS was used as a foundation for Windows 7.
Windows 7′s core technologies including the kernel (6.1) offer dramatic improvements in speed, stability, and performance over Vista.
Security is far better and compatibility for software as well as hardware the same.
There’s far too much write here but saying Windows 7 is a copy or clone of Vista is just as bad as saying Windows 7 is just Vista Service Pack 3. ^.^
